- GardenLoverz prides itself where ever possible on a fast service coupled with fair charges. We aim to ship all items within 3 working days of order, if for any reason this is not possible we will contact you with an expected shipping date. Shipping rates for the United Kingdom are fixed per order and are dependent on weight. For orders up to 3kg the shipping charge per order is £4.99, for items above 3kg in weight the shipping charge per order is £8.99. Shipping rates to other parts of the European Union are £5.99 for orders with items up to 3kg in weight and £14.99 for orders with items above 3kg in weight. For European orders we cannot guarentee a delivery time frame, some orders may take up to 28days from point of posting to delivery. Shipping rates are applied during the checkout process.

- No information about our customers is passed to third parties. You may recevie emails from ourselves or other partner brands updating you of latest offers etc. All our emails offer you an option to "opt out".
- Returns & Replacements
- We hope you love our products as much as we do but if for any reason you do need to return an item don't worry. Just return it to us in a "as new" state and we will refund the cost of the item within 48 hours of receipt.
