Shipping Policy
GardenLoverz prides itself where ever possible on a fast service coupled with fair charges. We aim to ship all items within 3 working days of order, if for any reason this is not possible we will contact you with an expected shipping date. Shipping rates for the United Kingdom are fixed per order and are dependent on weight. For orders up to 3kg the shipping charge per order is £4.99, for items above 3kg in weight the shipping charge per order is £8.99. Shipping rates to other parts of the European Union are £5.99 for orders with items up to 3kg in weight and £14.99 for orders with items above 3kg in weight. Shipping rates are applied during the checkout process.
Returns Policy
We hope you love our products as much as we do but if for any reason you do need to return an item don't worry. Just return it to us in a "as new" sate and we will refund the cost of the item within 48 hours of receipt.

I had an Orange one of these bought for me. I really love the colour, it won't be everybodys choice but I think it looks great. The birds don't seem to care either. We had blue tits nesting this spring, less than 3 months after we put it up!!
